This online store is operated by Cactus Cosmetics. Cactusfy Glow Forever Serum is manufactured by Brand International for the Manufacture of Nutritional Supplements and Cosmetics for Cactus Cosmetics.
Store use and orders
By using this store or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, the order remains unconfirmed, stock or delivery coverage is unavailable, or reasonable fraud or abuse concerns arise.
Prices and payment
Product and bundle prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and available discounts are displayed before order confirmation. The current launch payment method is cash on delivery, with no separate COD surcharge. Online payment options may be added later.
COD confirmation
We may request confirmation by email, WhatsApp or phone before releasing a cash on delivery order. An order that remains unconfirmed for 48 hours may be cancelled. Repeated refusal or non response may result in future COD orders being restricted or manually reviewed.
Delivery and returns
The target delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation, subject to address accuracy, carrier coverage, holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns, cancellations, damaged orders and refunds are governed by the published Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
Product use
Use the product only as directed and read the package warnings. The product is not intended for infants. For use by children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where a scalp or medical concern exists, seek appropriate professional advice. Individual experiences, results and timing vary. The separate Full Course Guarantee applies only under its published eligibility, evidence, remedy and exclusion terms.
Content and governing terms
Store content, branding, photographs and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. We may update these terms where necessary. The version published when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Egyptian law applies, and disputes are handled by the competent Egyptian authorities and courts. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer right under applicable law.

استخدام المتجر والطلبات
باستخدام المتجر أو تقديم طلب، فإنك توافق على تقديم بيانات دقيقة وحديثة. ويجوز لنا رفض أو إلغاء الطلب إذا كانت البيانات غير مكتملة أو ظل الطلب دون تأكيد أو لم يتوفر المخزون أو نطاق التوصيل، أو عند وجود مخاوف معقولة تتعلق بالاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام.
الأسعار والدفع
تُعرض أسعار المنتجات والباقات بالجنيه المصري وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة، وتظهر رسوم التوصيل والخصومات المتاحة قبل تأكيد الطلب. وسيلة الدفع الحالية عند الإطلاق هي الدفع عند الاستلام دون رسوم منفصلة لهذه الوسيلة. وقد تُضاف وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني لاحقاً.
تأكيد الدفع عند الاستلام
قد نطلب تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp أو الهاتف قبل تسليمه لشركة الشحن. ويجوز إلغاء الطلب إذا ظل دون تأكيد لمدة 48 ساعة. وقد يؤدي تكرار رفض الاستلام أو عدم الرد إلى تقييد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام مستقبلاً أو مراجعتها يدوياً.
التوصيل والاسترجاع
مدة التوصيل المستهدفة من يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب، مع مراعاة صحة العنوان ونطاق تغطية شركة الشحن والإجازات والظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة. مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وليست ضماناً. وتخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والإلغاء والطلبات التالفة والمبالغ المستردة لسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع المنشورتين.
استخدام المنتج
يُستخدم المنتج وفق التعليمات مع قراءة التحذيرات المدونة على العبوة. المنتج غير مخصص للرضع. ويُنصح بطلب المشورة المهنية المناسبة عند استخدامه للأطفال أو أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة، أو في حالة وجود مشكلة بفروة الرأس أو حالة طبية. تختلف التجارب والنتائج ومدد ظهورها. ولا يسري ضمان الكورس الكامل المنفصل إلا وفق شروط الأهلية والإثبات والمعالجة والاستثناءات المنشورة.
المحتوى والقواعد الحاكمة
لا يجوز نسخ محتوى المتجر أو العلامة التجارية أو الصور أو التصميم أو إعادة استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن. ويجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وتُطبق النسخة المنشورة وقت تقديم الطلب ما لم يوجب القانون غير ذلك. يخضع التعامل للقانون المصري، وتختص الجهات والمحاكم المصرية المختصة بالنزاعات. ولا تنتقص هذه الشروط من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك بموجب القانون المعمول به.
