Change of mind returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used cosmetic boxes cannot be returned for change of mind.

Return shipping is free for approved eligible returns. After approving the request, Cactusfy will provide return instructions or arrange the return shipment. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled without a shipping charge before carrier pickup or fulfillment. An unconfirmed cash on delivery order may be cancelled after 48 hours.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs or video of the outer shipping package, product box and affected item. Do not use a visibly damaged or defective cosmetic product.

Inspection and remedy

Returned items and submitted evidence are reviewed before the remedy is completed. Replacement is the default remedy for a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, and Cactusfy covers the related correction shipping.

If replacement stock is unavailable, an approved refund will be arranged through an available refund method within 7 to 14 business days.

Failed or refused delivery

After a refused or failed delivery, reshipping requires prepayment of the new shipping charge. Repeated refusal or non-response may restrict future cash on delivery orders and require manual review or prepaid ordering when available.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي

يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً من استلام الطلب. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم وغير تالف وفي عبوته الأصلية المغلقة. لا يمكن إرجاع العبوات التجميلية المفتوحة أو المستخدمة بسبب تغيير الرأي.

تكون إعادة الشحن مجانية لطلبات الاسترجاع المؤهلة التي تمت الموافقة عليها. بعد الموافقة على الطلب، تقدم Cactusfy تعليمات الإرجاع أو ترتب عملية إعادة الشحن. وقد لا يتم قبول المنتجات التي يتم إرجاعها دون موافقة مسبقة.

الإلغاء

يمكن إلغاء الطلب دون رسوم شحن قبل استلام شركة الشحن له أو قبل تنفيذه. ويجوز إلغاء طلب الدفع عند الاستلام إذا ظل دون تأكيد لمدة 48 ساعة.
