Delivery area and fee
Cactusfy currently ships within Egypt. Standard shipping is EGP 70. Orders above EGP 1,999 receive free shipping. Remote or excluded areas remain subject to the live coverage and pricing available from the delivery carrier and will be confirmed where necessary.
Order confirmation
Cash on delivery orders must be confirmed before dispatch. We may send a confirmation link by email or WhatsApp and follow up by phone if unanswered. Orders still unconfirmed after 48 hours may be cancelled.
Delivery estimate
The target delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Timing depends on an accurate address and phone number, carrier coverage, holidays, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Delivery attempts
Please remain reachable using the phone number supplied at checkout. If an order is refused or delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or the supplied information is inaccurate, a new shipping charge must be paid before reshipping. Repeated refusal or non response may restrict future COD orders.

نطاق التوصيل والرسوم
تشحن Cactusfy حالياً داخل مصر. تبلغ رسوم الشحن العادية 70 جنيهاً مصرياً، ويحصل الطلب الذي تزيد قيمته على 1,999 جنيهاً على شحن مجاني. وتخضع المناطق النائية أو المستثناة لنطاق التغطية والأسعار الفعلية المتاحة لدى شركة الشحن، ويتم تأكيدها عند الحاجة.
تأكيد الطلب
يجب تأكيد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام قبل الشحن. وقد نرسل رابط تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp، ثم نتواصل هاتفياً عند عدم الرد. ويجوز إلغاء الطلب إذا ظل دون تأكيد لمدة 48 ساعة.
المدة المستهدفة
مدة التوصيل المستهدفة من يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب. وتعتمد المدة على صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف ونطاق تغطية شركة الشحن والإجازات والطقس والظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة. مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وليست ضماناً.
محاولات التوصيل
يرجى البقاء متاحاً على رقم الهاتف المستخدم عند الشراء. إذا تم رفض الطلب أو فشل التوصيل بسبب عدم توفر العميل أو عدم دقة البيانات المقدمة، يجب سداد رسوم شحن جديدة قبل إعادة الإرسال. وقد يؤدي تكرار رفض الاستلام أو عدم الرد إلى تقييد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام مستقبلاً.
مشكلات التوصيل
في حالة التأخير أو فقدان الطلب أو وصوله تالفاً أو غير صحيح، تواصل عبر info@cactusfy.co أو +201093660000 مع ذكر رقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف المستخدم عند الشراء.
